I'm busy importing posts to this blog from Field Reports over at Wordpress... the other place. Field Reports will be mothballed for the time being and I'll use Notes From The Field. Third party apps seem a little easier to use with Typepad.
My feature stories from Ukraine are in various stages of production and I'll post links as they come up closer to the September 30 elections. I'll also update earlier posts and add some video, audio or images where appropriate.
In September I'm teaming up with Chris Ord in Slovakia. We're going up into the High Tatras to meet mountain sherpas and then down to the Slovak-Ukraine border for some stories. It'll be another good chance to road test a few web tools and experiment with multimedia reporting. More on that to follow.
This week I'll be helping to produce Inside Europe - tune in via podcast.
BTW really good to see the From The Frontine blog up and running.
