I had the good fortune today to interview Ethan Zuckerman of Global Voices about people working around the surveillance Burma's military junta has on the internet and the throttle on media and information. We also discussed using Web 2.0 applications in the developing world and in development work. The interview is likely to be in two parts and will be broadcast this Sunday on Deutsche Welle Radio's World in Progress programme. Zuckerman was a key note speaker at the Web2 For Dev Conference in Rome. You can check out some his comments at the conference here.
